I have been a patient at this dental office since 2014, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. Dr. Margarita Rivera and her staff are truly exceptional. Hilde is an amazing hygienist—kind, caring, gentle, and outstanding at what she does. I have always been very anxious about going to the dentist, but Hilde makes me feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable during every visit. The entire staff is wonderful. Liah and Fabiola at the front desk are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make every experience a positive one. This office has also taken wonderful care of my dad, including helping him with his dentures, and we are both very grateful for the compassion and excellent care we have received over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Margarita Rivera and her entire team to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, and professional dental office. Thank you all for the exceptional care you provide!

From the excellent customer service from the front desk ladies, to the clean and welcoming ambiance, the dental hygienists, and the doctor, Dr. Rivera, who was so nice and attentive. Words can’t express how wonderful my first time experience in this dental office was. Dental hygienist, Hilde was the sweetest, kindest, most gentle and professional hygienist ever. She took the time to explain every single process, showed me what I needed to do better at home while I maintained the wonderful deep cleaning she did. They are honest and very thorough with their services. They explain what you need done, and they provide you with the prices before they do anything, so there isn’t any surprises. Absolutely satisfied and happy with my experience. Thank you Universal Dental Spa!

Great dental office. Very efficient, friendly and professional staff. Conveniently located to Dr. Phillips residents. The dentist was very accomodating and knowlegeable. My crown was ready in only 2 days. I would highly recommend this dental office.

In a time when so many healthcare experiences can feel rushed, impersonal, and transactional, Universal Spa Dental is a rare and wonderful exception. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated not simply as a patient, but as a person. The entire team—both clinical and administrative—consistently demonstrates a level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care that has become increasingly difficult to find. The doctors combine exceptional technical expertise with a calm, reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. Equally remarkable is the administrative staff, who manage every detail with warmth, efficiency, and remarkable attention to patients' needs. What truly sets this practice apart is the culture of compassion that seems to exist throughout the entire office. Everyone works together with kindness, respect, and a sincere commitment to excellence. You never feel like a number; you feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. Having lived in different countries and experienced many healthcare environments over the years, I can honestly say that the quality of care, professionalism, and human warmth I have found at Universal Spa Dental is exceptional.
